Remapping realities in an age of planetary changes
The artistic field research project Planetary Intimacies seeks new ways of accessing the Anthropocene with installative landscape painting, experimental cartography and sensory research. This book represents the origins of the works and the experiments of the first three years.
In the landscape, the canvas acts as a travel companion working as an intermediate membrane collecting the imprints from the outside and inside. The canvases travel with me, change constantly and return as living traces.
The series is limited to 50 books, manually bound in a piece of original canvas, 108 pages, numbered and signed.
