Visual art installation about environmental changes by Planetary Intimacies

How can the experiments that have been made over the last few years be transferred to the exhibition space without reproducing anything, but rather transforming it in a meaningful way?

Interactive Art Installation with melting glacier ice.

The paintings, created over the last few years, are sewn together and laid face down on the ground. The ropes used to anchor them to the landscape are now used to build cable lifts. At the ends of these lifts are blocks of ice and rocks. As the ice melts, the construction sinks into itself and is partially pulled over the ground.

The work of Planetary Intimacies flirts with the methodologies of other disciplines that have their way of analysing and mapping landscapes, such as cartography and scientific research [...]. The canvases remain fairly abstract and don’t become too literal, allowing the viewer to interpret and fill in the remaining parts.
